Rules don't "come into existence". They are there in the first place. The fact that someone discovers a rule doesn't mean it came into existence. If all humanity dies tomorrow, the law of gravity still applies, even though there would be nobody to notice its effects. There are many laws in this Universe we know nothing about (yet). That doesn't mean they don't have any effect.
@SocialKid I'm just having fun. It's not the first time I've had discussions like this. And in my great experience, I've come to realize that they believe what they say is really true just because they say it. No shred of evidence whatsoever, though. The narrow-mindedness of these people is ginormous and should be mocked every chance we get.
