You want proof that religion is the root of most hatred?

1. Christianity was used by a lot of people to justify racism against and slavery of blacks.

2. Islam is being used by a chunk of people to justify their hatred of white people ("white people are the devil" is what some of them have said).

3. Homophobia (Just read the Bible).

4. Sexism (Depends on which side you're looking at: misogyny because it is used to control women, and misandry because men are made into sacrificial lambs).
